Biohydrogenation-derived CLA of probiotic GS4 induced PPARγ-dependent cell death in HCT-116 cells. The HCT-116 cells were pre-incubated for 1 hour with/without BADGE (20 μM) before treatment of CLA/CLAGS4 for 48 hour. The percentage of cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
