MNX surgery for induction of OA pain, or sham surgery, was performed on day 0. (a) MNX rats receiving SFM exhibited significant differences in weight-bearing asymmetry, compared to the sham-SFM rats. (b) Area under the curve (AUC) data calculated for days 31, 35, and 38 postsurgery revealed significant weight-bearing asymmetry in MNX rats at the later timepoints of the model.
