We selected parameters for the implementation of the SyS system monthly and at the cohort level as well across the different production areas in Norwegian coastal waters. The models are detailed in Table 2. Abbreviations. MR = mortality rate, UCL = upper control limit, and N aberrations = number of consecutive aberrations detected for an alarm.
