Spectral Photon-Counting Molecular Imaging for Quantification of Monoclonal Antibody-Conjugated Gold Nanoparticles Targeted to Lymphoma and Breast Cancer: An <i>In Vitro</i> Study

<div>The quantitative data collected using the ELISA kit in the form of absorbance against drug dilution. The absorbance was read at 450 nm for (a) rituximab dilution in the case of Raji cells and (b) Herceptin dilution in the case of SKBR3.</div>
