Effects of IL-21 on LPS-induced MAPKs signal pathway in mouse peritoneal macrophages. Macrophages (5×10⁶) were incubated with IL-21 (100 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of LPS (100 ng/mL) for 5 min, 20 min, and 60 min. Cytosolic proteins were analyzed by Western blotting for ERK1/2, p38 MAPK, and JNK phosphorylated. Detection of Actin was estimated as protein-loading control for each lane.
