Ouabain effect on CD83 expression in dendritic cells during activation. After the differentiation period (5 days), cells were incubated for further 48 h in the presence (b, d) or absence of TNF-α (50 ng/mL) (a, c) and in the presence or absence of 100 nM, 1 nM, or 10 pM Oua. CD83 expression was analyzed by flow cytometry.
