MCPIP-1 degrades the mRNA levels of proinflammatory cytokines in neutrophils. Peripheral neutrophils () were isolated from patients with active CD (), active UC (), and HC () and stimulated in vitro with LPS (100 ng/mL) in the absence or presence of MG-132 (20 μM) for 3 hours.
