Cryptotanshinone Inhibits Bladder Cancer Cell Malignant Progression in a Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammatory Microenvironment through NLRP3 Inhibition

Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) upregulated NLRP3 and inflammatory cytokine expression in bladder cancer cells. In total, 5,637 cells were grown and treated with LPS and/or MCC950 and then subjected to (a) RT-qPCR analysis of NLRP3 mRNA and (b and c) Western blot analysis of NLRP3 protein.
