(c) After alveolar macrophages were co-treated with GM-CSF and 10 μM luteolin for 72 h, the c-Myc expression was detected by western blot. (d) After alveolar macrophages were co-treated with GM-CSF and 10 μM luteolin for 72 h, the c-myc and Klf4 mRNA levels were detected by RT-qPCR.
