A 36-year-old man with NPC and confirmed as bone metastases by follow-up in the 5th lumbar spine, sacral spine, and left femoral neck. All modalities show clear evidence of metastasis: focal accumulation in planar 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy (a) (arrowheads), tracer uptake in 18F-NaF PET (b) (arrows), and cortical destruction (c) and osteolysis in CT (d).
