Compound 6. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) gives 12 hydrogen signals, including 7 methine signals: [δ: 6.68(1H, dd, J = 10.5, 2.3 Hz, H-9), 6.24(1H, dd, J = 10.3, 3.1 Hz, H-8), 5.29(1H, t, J = 2.2 Hz, H-4), 4.31(1H, s, H-6), 3.91 (1H, dd, J = 5.7, 2.5 Hz, H-10), 5.74 (1H, m, H-1’), 5.49 (1H, m, H-2’)], 1 methylene signal [δ: 4.79 (2H, t, H-3)], and 1 methyl signal [δ: 1.62 (3H, dd, J = 6.5, 1.5 Hz, H-3')]. The signal associated with 13C NMR (100 MHz, CDCl3) and the DEPT spectrum is assigned to δ: 171.5, 157.2, 69.13, 61.58, 71.88, 196.88, 1125.95, 149.69, 40.75, 88.13, 132.71, 126.25, 17.88.
