Ketamine Promotes LPS-Induced Pulmonary Autophagy and Reduces Apoptosis through the AMPK/mTOR Pathway

Ketamine inhibits LPS-induced AMPK pathway activation. Wsetern blot was used to detect protein changes in AMPK, mTOR and p-mTOR expression levels in AEC II cells and gray value. The p-mTOR/mTOR ratio in the LPS + ketamine group was significantly lower than that in the LPS group (“” indicates that compared with the Control group, “#” indicates that compared with LPS group ) analysis.
