Sirt3 Regulates Response to Oxidative Stress by Interacting with BER Proteins in Colorectal Cancer

Effect of Sirt3 gene silencing and overexpression on the levels of Sirt3, APE1, NEIL1, and MUTYH proteins in conditions of oxidative stress induced by antimycin A (at final concentrations of 10 μM and 100 μM). The control for the Sirt3 silenced and overexpression groups are indicative of the protein level with respect to the wild type. The percentage level is the change in the protein level after a given amount of time with respect to the control. The statistically significant difference () between the increase/decrease in protein level with respect to the wild-type is shown in bold.
