Effects of Aspirin on Odontogenesis of Human Dental Pulp Cells and TGF-<i>β</i>1 Liberation from Dentin <i>In Vitro</i>

<div>Transforming growth factor <i>β</i>1 (TGF-<i>β</i>1) concentration in the supernatant following 5min and 10min of dentin slice conditioning with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS; negative control), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA; positive control), or concentrations of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) showed that ASA enhanced TGF-<i>β</i>1 release from dentin in a dose-dependent manner.
