Phosphodiesterase Type 4D Gene Polymorphism: Association with the Response to Short-Acting Bronchodilators in Paediatric Asthma Patients

Four SNPs used in the present studies are shown, and these significantly associated with b2-response are underlined. Position of SNPs associated with stroke [15], bone mineral density (BMD) [16] and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) [17] is indicated. rs1544791 was previously associated with asthma [18].
