Localization of CD44v6 and COX-2 in urinary bladder samples. The distribution of CD44v6 (green) and COX-2 (red) was determined by double immunofluorescence in normal tissue, hyperplasic tissue nearby tumor, and cancer of urinary bladder tissue.
