PN decreased the positive cells of caspase-1 and NF-κB after MCAO. (b) and (c) shows the positive cells of caspase-1, phospho-p38MAPK, and NF-κB. Compared with MCAO group, the number of positive cells of caspase-1, phospho-p38MAPK, and NF-κB was significantly decreased in High group at 24 h and 72 h, but only at 72 h in Low group after MCAO ^⋆𝑃<0.05  versus MCAO group.
