Involvement of NOX activity in BLM-induced 8-epi-PGF_2α release. Levels of F₂-isoprostanes (8-epi-PGF_2α) were determined in the media of HLF from 3 donors treated with BLM (50 mU/mL) for 24 h, in presence or absence of DPI (1 μM), a broad NOX activity inhibitor.
