Evaluation of mixed lymphocyte reaction of immature and mature dendritic cells previously incubated with Ouabain. DCs treated with or without 100 nM Oua were cocultured with allogeneic lymphocytes (10⁵ cells/well) at indicated cell ratio, for 5 days. Proliferation was assessed in terms of H³-thymidine incorporation, added for 6 h after the culture period. Data in bars are expressed as mean incorporation ± SEM of five independent experiments in triplicate (^∗; ^∗∗).
