A<b><sub>3</sub></b> Adenosine Receptor Allosteric Modulator Induces an Anti-Inflammatory Effect: <i>In Vivo</i> Studies and Molecular Mechanism of Action

<div>Effect of LUF6000 on the clinical manifestation of adjuvant induced arthritis (AIA) in a rat model of RA. Lewis rats were injected subcutaneously (SC) at the tail base with complete Freund’s adjuvant. LUF6000 (100 <i>μ</i>g/kg) treatment was given PO, thrice daily, starting upon disease onset. LUF6000 decreased disease manifestation compared to the vehicle-treated group.
