Mice were euthanized and the upper genital tracts were assessed for Luminal distention of the uterine horns and dilatation of the oviducts. Presence of either the Luminal distention of the uterine horns or dilatation of the oviducts resulted in a positive pathology score for the animal. The % pathology score was based on an of 20 animals per group.
