CD137 Regulates NFATc1 Expression in Mouse VSMCs through TRAF6/NF-κB p65 Signaling Pathway

Agonist-CD137mAb could significantly increase the expression of TRAF6 and p-65 in VSMCs. The VSMCs were treated with agonist-CD137mAb (10 mg/L) for different times. (a) The cells were harvested at 0, 1, 6, 12, and 24 h after treatment with agonist-CD137mAb for examination of TRAF6 mRNA levels by qRT-PCR. (b, c) The cells were harvested at 0, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 min after treatment with agonist-CD137mAb. The nuclear and cytoplasmic proteins were isolated from the harvested cells. The protein levels of cytoplasm (b) and nucleus (c) were determined by Western blot. versus control; .
