CD137 Regulates NFATc1 Expression in Mouse VSMCs through TRAF6/NF-κB p65 Signaling Pathway

Suppressing TRAF6/NF-κB/NFATc1 significantly attenuated the agonist-CD137mAb induced increasing of IL-2 and IL-6 in VSMCs. The VSMCs were treated with agonist-CD137mAb (10 mg/L) for 12 h after transfection of siTRAF6, pretreatment with PDTC, or using a stable cell line which suppressed NFATc1.
