Concentrations of soluble mediators in aspirates of endometrial secretions in the NEI-NP and NEI-P groups. The expression of cytokine profiles [eotaxin, IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12 (p70), IL-13, TNF-α, MCP-1, and VEGF] in endometrial secretions obtained before ET from 28 patients (NEA-NP: 18; NEA-P: 10) was analyzed. The box plot horizontal lines represented the median and the 25th–75th percentiles. The values obtained are the results of the Mann-Whitney test.
