<div><i>Effects of ISG15 overexpression on ISGs and endogenous type I IFNs</i>. HepG2.2.15 cells were transfected with ISG15 plasmid. Real-time PCR was performed to quantify MxA, OAS3, USP18, IFN<i>α</i>, and IFN<i>β</i> 48 h after transfection.
