Quantitative characteristics of Tregs after in vitro treatment with IL-33 in DM1 patients and control group. PBMCs from 16 patients with type 1 diabetes and 8 healthy individuals were stimulated as described in Material and Methods and stained with specific antibodies against Treg associated molecules.
