Effect of interleukin- (IL-) 15 on CD56 expression of CD56⁺CD3⁻ NK cells and CD56⁺CD3⁺ NKT-like cells from SLE patients and healthy controls. PBMCs were stimulated with IL-15 (10 ng/mL) for 18 hrs and stained with anti-CD3 and anti-CD56. The CD56⁺CD3⁻ NK and CD56⁺CD3⁺ NKT-like cell population were separated by flow cytometry as illustrated. Data was expressed as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) ± SEM. (normal, ; SLE, ).
