Secretion of IFN-α was increased in PBMCs of patients of IgAN after CpG2216 stimulation. PBMCs of different donors (healthy donors, ; IgAN patients, ) were prepared by ficoll-paque density centrifugation and cultured with pDC-preferred CpG2216 for different days, and the supernatant samples were collected for measuring IFN-α, IgA1, IgA2, and IgG levels. ; .
