Group 2 Innate Lymphoid Cells Are Involved in Skewed Type 2 Immunity of Gastric Diseases Induced by Helicobacter pylori Infection

<div>GATA-3+ and Lin−GATA-3+ populations were found to increase after H. pylori infection in vitro. A coculture system was conducted as described before. (a) After coculture with H. pylori-infected GES-1, PBMCs were detected by flow cytometry. GATA-3+ population was found to increase after live H. pylori infection. (b, c) Moreover, Lin−GATA-3+ and Lin+GATA-3− populations were both found increased.
