The KLF7 mRNA expression level in adipocytes was measured after KLF7 was downregulated for 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h, with 100 μmol/L as the optimal concentration (a). After 48 h of KLF7 downregulation, the mRNA and protein expressions of inflammatory cytokines in adipocytes were measured (b–f).
