The correlation analysis of Notch1 and Hes-1 mRNA expression levels with psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) and the ratios of Th17/Treg and RORγt/Foxp3. Notch1 mRNA expressions positively correlated with PASI (a), the ratio of Th17/Treg (b), and the ratio of RORγt/Foxp3 (c). The increasing expressions of Hes-1 mRNA also had positive correlations with PASI (d), the ratio of Th17/Treg (e), and the ratio of RORγt/Foxp3 (f).
