Quantitative analysis of IP₃ production in Jurkat cells following Ti(IV) treatment. The unactivated and activated cells were treated with Ti(IV) at the indicated doses for 24 h and the supernatants of cultured cells were harvested. The levels of IP₃ in individual supernatant samples were determined by ELISA. Data were expressed as the mean ± SD of each group from three separate experiments.
