Royal Jelly Attenuates LPS-Induced Inflammation in BV-2 Microglial Cells through Modulating NF-κB and p38/JNK Signaling Pathways

Cell viability of RJ-treated microglia was determined by cell counting kit-8 assay. BV-2 cells were treated with 0, 0.3, 1, 3, and 6 mg/mL RJ for 24 h, respectively, and the results are expressed as proportions of surviving cells compared with controls. Data are presented as means ± SEM, and group differences were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with post hoc Tukey’s test. compared with untreated control group.
