Effects of RJ on LPS-induced cytokine production. BV-2 cells were pretreated with RJ (0, 0.3, 1, and 3 mg/mL) for 1 h, followed by a 24 h incubation with 1 μg/mL LPS. IL-6 (a) and TNF-α (b) released into the cell culture medium were quantified by ELISA kits. Data are presented as means ± SEM, and group differences were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with post hoc Tukey’s test. compared with untreated control group; compared with the group treated with LPS alone.
