Alleviation of Hepatic Ischemia Reperfusion Injury by Oleanolic Acid Pretreating via Reducing HMGB1 Release and Inhibiting Apoptosis and Autophagy

<div>OA pretreatment attenuates the intrinsic pathways of apoptosis and autophagy in hepatic IR. (a) Liver mRNA levels of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3, caspase-9, Beclin 1, and LC3 at 2, 8, and 24 h after hepatic IR were quantified by real-time PCR. (b) Protein expression of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3, caspase-9, Beclin 1, and LC3 detected by western blotting. The western blot results were quantified with ImageJ v1.8.0 software.
