Effect of 0.2 U/ml thrombin on mediators’ secretion from P815 cells. Compared with the control group, it is significantly increased in the level of IL-2 (b), IL-6 (c), TNF-α (d), CCL-2 (e), CXCL-1 (f), CXCL-5 (g), and VEGF (h) in supernatants after 16 h incubation with 0.2 U/ml thrombin. Each experiment was performed three times. Unpaired -test was used to test the statistic difference between the control and trial groups; was considered statistically different.
