Effect of thrombin inhibitor and PAR1 inhibitor on thrombin-induced releasing of mediators of P815 cell. Thrombin inhibitor (hirudin) diminished secretion of mediators from P815 cells. Compared with TM 0.2 U/ml group, PAR1 inhibitor (SCH79797) decreased secretions of TNF-α (c), CCL-2 (d), CXCL-5 (e), CXCL-1 (f), and VEGF (g), but not of IL-2 (a) and IL-6 (b).
