Interleukin-7 Resensitizes Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer to Cisplatin via Inhibition of ABCG2

IL-7/DDP treatment inhibited the PI3K signal and the expression of ABCG2. After exposure to IL-7, DDR, or their combination for 72 h, the A549/DDP cells were harvested.
