Clustering analysis on detected cytokines in SLE and HC. The concentrations of serum IL-1β, TNFR1, IL-4, IL-6, IL-9, IL-10, IL-17A, MCP-1, IFN-γ, G-CSF, IL-12, CCL17, and CCL20 in SLE patients () and control subjects () were assessed as explained in Figure 4, followed by hierarchical clustering analysis.
