CXCL14 Overexpression Attenuates Sepsis-Associated Acute Kidney Injury by Inhibiting Proinflammatory Cytokine Production

Renal cytokines were negatively associated with renal CXCL14 expression in wild-type mice ( in each group). Proinflammatory cytokines including (a) TNF-α, (b) IL-1β, and (c) IL-6 in the kidney were significantly increased at 12 hours after CLP; correlation analysis showed that (d) TNF-α, (e) IL-1β, and (f) IL-6 were negatively associated with renal CXCL14 expressions.
