High T3 Induces <i>β</i>-Cell Insulin Resistance via Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

<div>Expression of CHOP and caspase-12 in <i>β</i>-cells treated with different concentrations of T3. Western blotting analysis showed that (a) the expression of CHOP and caspase-12 in the H group was significantly higher than that in the N group, and (b) the expression of CHOP and caspase-12 in the
