Leptin Receptor Deficiency Protects Mice against Chronic Cerebral Hypoperfusion-Induced Neuroinflammation and White Matter Lesions

<div>Expression of proinflammatory cytokines TNF-<i>α</i> (a) and IL-1<i>β</i> (b) in BV2 cells under normoxia/hypoxia conditions with/without leptin treatment for 24 hours. The mRNA expression levels of TNF-<i>α</i> (a), IL-1<i>β</i> (B), and IL-6 (c) were examined by real-time PCR, and the protein expression levels of TNF-<i>α</i> (d) and IL-1<i>β</i> (e) were examined
