MCPIP-1 downregulates the production of ROS and MPO. Peripheral neutrophils () were isolated from patients with active CD (), active UC (), and HC () and stimulated in vitro with PMA (100 ng/mL) in the absence or presence of MG-132 (20 μM) for 3 hours.
