CFD ameliorates cell viability, inhibiting cell apoptosis in granular cells of PCOS rat model (). (a) Granular cells were treated with CFD (0.2 mg/ml), MK-2206 (20 μM), LY294002 (20 μM), or IGF-1 (20 μM) for 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, and then, CCK-8 assay was used to assess cell viability.
