Dextromethorphan Suppresses Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Epigenetic Histone Regulation in the Tumor Necrosis Factor-α Expression in Primary Rat Microglia

Dextromethorphan reduced LPS-activated enhancement in caspase-3 expression in primary microglial cells. Samples were probed by immunoblotting with antibodies against cleaved caspase-3 and β-tubulin (which served as the internal loading control) were indicated by the ratio of the caspase-3/β-tubulin signal intensity in each group.
