<div>Effect of different concentrations of LPS on hSVCT2 mRNA expression in SH-SY5Y cells. SH-SY5Y cells were serum-deprived overnight and exposed to different concentrations of LPS (10, 20, and 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml). After 48 h, total RNA was prepared to carry out RT-qPCR.
