Effects of sinapic acid (SA) on the mRNA levels of Tlr4, Nfκbp65, Il1β, and Il8 in LPS-treated Caco-2 cells. Caco-2 cells were incubated with LPS (10 μg/ml) and SA (5, 10, or 15 μmol/l) for 24 h and then subjected to qRT-PCR analysis.
