Nobiletin Decreases Inflammatory Mediator Expression in Tumor Necrosis Factor-Stimulated Human Periodontal Ligament Cells

<div>Effects of nobiletin on TNF-induced MMP1, MMP3, and TIMP1 production in HPDLCs. HPDLCs were cultured with TNF (10 ng/ml) and nobiletin (12.5, 25, 50, or 100 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 hours. The amounts of MMP1, MMP3, and TIMP1 in the supernatants were determined using their respective ELISA kits.
