Effects of nobiletin on TNF-induced PTGS2 expression in HPDLCs. HPDLCs were stimulated by TNF (10 ng/ml) with or without nobiletin (12.5, 25, or 50 μM) for 24 hours, and then PTGS2 expression was determined by Western blot analysis. Each photograph is representative of the results of 3 separate experiments. The quantification was performed using image analysis software. compared to the TNF stimulation without nobiletin.
