Nobiletin Decreases Inflammatory Mediator Expression in Tumor Necrosis Factor-Stimulated Human Periodontal Ligament Cells
Figure 5
Nobiletin mediated inhibition of MAPK pathways in TNF-stimulated HPDLCs. After pretreatment with nobiletin (50 or 100 μM) for 1 hour, HPDLCs were stimulated with TNF (10 ng/ml) for 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and then phosphorylation of MAPK14, MAPK1/MAPK3, and MAPK8 was determined by Western blot analysis. Each photograph is representative of the results of 3 separate experiments. The quantification was performed using image analysis software. compared to the TNF stimulation without nobiletin.
